PRODUCTION FACILITY
We owe two annual 200,000tons advanced production line in our production base for Galvanized/Galvalume and PPGI/PPGL,working with world`s 1st class paint factories like Akzo Nobel,Beckers,Nippon and KCC,keep quality paint source then can assure the end user`s warranty. We as agreement agent for China main state-owned steel mill – HBIS , monthly our consumption is 30,000tons ,all raw material came from there,so that can make sure the raw material quality is top one,so that can release prime finished products.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quite different with other companies,we have our own special strictly quality control system,means when every orders in production,apart from line itself inspectors,we`ll depute our own inspection team go to supervise the production in 24hours,make sure every single products been checked ,and once found any defected item,we`ll instruct factory drop and replace it immediately,no matter how much cost it is,principle is never delivery problematic goods to customers and leave unprofessional & negative impressions.
PRICE COMPETITION
With monthly stable 30,000-50,000 tons selling quantity,we collecting orders from various clients,then negotiate super rock-bottom price with mills directly,based on this,we also can get refunded commission from mills after yearly sales task accomplished,this will enhance more for our price competition.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Even though quality issue is rarely happen,but industrial products can`t be 100% perfect always,so any 3rd party international famous inspection for our goods pre-shipment or after arrived are acceptable, if final result proved problem caused by production, then we`ll build investigation team right away,with customer`s coordination to find out the reason and discuss customers positively for solving way and compensate customer lose directly, then try all means to avoid same problems won`t happen again.
